Fit is just as pictured. Really nice blouse with a casual elegant style. It is white, not ivory. I'm 5' 8" 140lb and I ordered a Small.

This is such a flattering top. I did exchange for a Large and the shape is much nicer. What I like best is that it hides a few flaws around the waist, and is very elegant. I will wear it with both dress pants AND jeans. I liked it so much I bought a second color.
