Plus and Minus: Plus: the dress is AMAZING -- beautiful cut, fabric and overall quality. The customer service I received from the online chat and by calling their California store was off the charts amazing! They patiently answered all of my questions and facilitated an overseas shipment in record time.
Minus: unfortunately for me, the size I ordered is too small and it is a final sale since the item was at a reduced price.
I'm sorry I won't get to wear it because it an absolutely stunning piece!
