This checks all the boxes. The sleeves are long enough, it's not boxy, but form fitting in a flattering way. It looks great buttoned, partially buttoned or open. The fabric is thick. I have this in every color. I'm 5'8", 132 pounds and a 36A. I wear a size small.

I wanted to love this, but the sleeves are entirely too long and would not be able to be altered…. Such a shame.
