Love the skirt however size down, no elastic waist the tie on the side is meant to be cinched in super far to create a fluffy stand alone waist line and they give you lotsss of fabric to do so

Skirt is a beautiful color and length. I only gave it a four star since you have to actually cinch the side tie to adjust to your waist. It's somewhat cumbersome. It would be more convenient if the waistband was elastic.
